How it works

Initial evaluation

We assess your training needs to establish the expected duration and select an instructor that aligns with your operational focus.

Instructor onboarding

The designated instructor is transferred to your rig, vessel, or installation. The duration of the training is flexible and can be adjusted based on your evolving needs.

Coordination and briefing

Training activities are coordinated with the Offshore Installation Manager or Master. Our instructor will also participate in relevant safety briefings. Any additional training needs that are identified will be integrated as feasible.

Training execution

Our instructor will deliver comprehensive training, ensuring a focus on safety and compliance is maintained throughout the course.

Completion and reporting

A detailed training report is generated upon completion, including observations and recommendations. Certification is distributed to all participants who successfully complete the course.
