Gain Siemens-level technical competence with Maersk Training

Our certified instructors are qualified to deliver Siemens-aligned training, bringing real OEM experience into every session. They follow Siemens methodologies, frameworks, and assessment standards to ensure training accuracy and site-ready performance.

Our courses combine theory with practical, hands-on experience - helping your teams work safely, confidently, and in full compliance with Siemens requirements.

Training Scope

We deliver a full portfolio of Siemens-aligned courses for technicians, supervisors, and engineers. Available courses include, but are not limited to:

Electrical & Hydraulic Safety – SWP Basic Turbine Electricity and Hydraulics

This course builds a solid understanding of electrical and hydraulic systems used in Siemens wind turbines. Participants learn safe work practices and fault identification under real operational conditions. Training focuses on applied safety procedures and component awareness for on-site performance.

SGTT LOTO Awareness (Lockout/Tagout)

Covers the principles and safe execution of Lockout/Tagout procedures on Siemens turbines. Participants gain practical knowledge of isolating electrical and hydraulic systems before maintenance. Emphasis is placed on preventing accidental energisation and maintaining compliance with Siemens safety standards.

SGTT Documentation & Cable Awareness

Teaches how to read, interpret, and apply Siemens documentation, including wiring diagrams and schematics. Participants develop awareness of cable types, routing, and labelling within Siemens platforms. The course enhances accuracy and safety during installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

SGTT Hand Tool Training

Focuses on correct and safe use of Siemens-approved hand tools for mechanical and electrical work. Participants learn maintenance, torque control, and calibration practices. Training promotes consistency, safety, and tool integrity across all turbine operations.

SGTT Bolt Tightening Training

Introduces Siemens-specific bolt tightening methods and verification procedures. Participants practice torque and tension techniques using OEM-approved tools. The course reinforces correct documentation and safety standards for structural and mechanical integrity.

SGTT General Technical Safety Awareness

Provides an overview of Siemens technical safety principles and best practices. Participants learn to identify hazards, follow correct procedures, and ensure operational compliance. The course supports a proactive safety culture in line with Siemens Gamesa requirements.

Cable A, B, C & D (Cabling & Termination)

Trains participants in Siemens-specific cabling, termination, and testing procedures. Each level builds competence in preparation, routing, and installation according to OEM standards. Practical exercises ensure reliable electrical connections and high-quality turbine performance.

Turbine installation & Commissioning

Covers the full process of Siemens turbine installation, alignment, and commissioning. Participants gain experience in installation procedures, testing protocols, and final inspections. The course prepares teams for safe, compliant, and efficient turbine start-up operations.

Gearbox Inspection & Oil Sampling

Develops skills in gearbox condition monitoring and oil sampling on Siemens turbines. Participants learn to detect wear, contamination, and lubrication issues using Siemens-approved methods. The course supports predictive maintenance and extended equipment life.

SGRE BTT Mechanical

Introduces the mechanical systems within Siemens Gamesa turbines as part of the GWO Basic Technical Training framework. Participants learn to inspect, maintain, and replace key mechanical components. Practical sessions enhance understanding of turbine structure and safety protocols.

SGRE BTT Electrical

Covers electrical systems and components found in Siemens Gamesa turbines. Participants learn to perform measurements, isolate faults, and apply OEM-compliant electrical work procedures. The course ensures safe handling and maintenance across all electrical installations.

SGRE BTT Hydraulic

Focuses on Siemens Gamesa hydraulic systems used for pitch and braking control. Participants gain hands-on experience with pressure systems, hoses, and components. Training ensures safe maintenance, fault detection, and proper fluid handling.

Siemens Gamesa Documentation Accreditation (SE-P-50529 / SE-P-50525)

Provides accreditation for using Siemens Gamesa technical documentation and procedural systems. Participants learn correct document control, version tracking, and workflow management. Completion supports compliance with Siemens documentation and quality standards.

WTC-3 Controller Hand Terminal (User)

Introduces the Siemens WTC-3 Controller Hand Terminal interface for turbine control and diagnostics. Participants learn to monitor turbine parameters, execute commands, and interpret data. The course improves confidence and efficiency in operating Siemens control systems.
