1:1 or small group coaching sessions focused on individual growth, leadership presence and behaviour. Includes personality profiling (e.g. NEO-PI-3, Hogan) and scenario-based reflection. Ideal for senior officers, high-potentials and leaders transitioning into new roles.

Human factors and maritime safety

A 1-day course linking leadership to operational safety through the lens of human behaviour. Covers attention, fatigue, bias and breakdowns in communication, especially relevant for those working onboard or in support functions.

Conflict management webinar

A concise, 3-hour virtual session tackling the everyday sources of conflict in maritime, offshore and logistics settings. Leaders learn to recognise tension, listen actively, and defuse situations before they escalate.

Difficult and critical conversations

A half-day practical session focused on real-life workplace challenges, from correcting unsafe behaviour to navigating emotional topics. Participants leave with a structured approach and language they can use immediately.

Debrief and defuse

Short training that helps leaders guide teams after difficult incidents, setbacks or emotionally intense periods. Supports resilience, psychological safety and cohesion, especially in rotating or dispersed teams.

Personality profiling

We use tools like Hogan or NEO-PI-3 to increase leaders’ self-insight and support behavioural development. Often embedded into coaching, onboarding or broader programmes.
