TWI (Training Within Industry)

TWI is a proven method that helps frontline leaders define and document the current best and safest methods for doing a task and thereafter ensuring that everyone has both the skill and the desire to follow the defined method consistently. Originally developed during WWII, it’s still relevant today, especially in fast-paced or high-turnover environments.

We offer five integrated modules: • Work Instructions: Structure and visualise job steps clearly. • Job Instruction: Teach standard work the same way, every time. • Job Relations: Build motivation, resolve conflict, and lead respectfully. • Job Methods: Empower teams to improve how work is done. • Job Safety: Prevent incidents by building safety into every step.

TWI is designed to stick. It gives supervisors and team leads repeatable, reliable tools to pass on skills effectively and reinforce best practice.

ORA (Organisational Readiness Assessment)

Before change can succeed, people need to be ready. ORA is a one-day course and diagnostic tool designed to measure an organisation’s readiness for standardisation and change.

It helps leaders: • Understand where the team is, culturally and practically • Spot resistance or roadblocks before rollout • Link people readiness with performance outcomes

It works well as a first step before TWI, Lean deployments or broader transformation. The output? A clear view of what needs to shift, and where support is needed first.
